Will these tile stickers to the wallpaper? Are they easy to put together.

The tile stickers do stick very well to bricks and mortar and provide a seamless line between the tiles. So I don't think they will have a problem sticking to wallpaper.

I want to use them to renew the kitchen stove back splash around, are the tiles taped heat resistant?

The tile stickers are made up of high quality PET material which is highly glossy, easy to clean and heat resistant. You can use the tile stickers normally on the kitchen backsplash however it is recommended that you avoid direct contact with open flames when using them. Prolonged contact can also be damaging.

How easy to remove the tiles in future, if we decided to change the color ?

These dont stick most of ours have fallen down as the adhesive is not strong enough but we rent so didn't want to add a stronger adhesive to the walls so we ended up taking them all down
