The divice seems to be working it has yet to create any tangles or cause the signal to break up. I bought it because it was different from the other products that ended up causing a communication problem on the telephone line. So far this hasn't. I got it not too long ago though.

It did not work on my phone at all - mainly because the connection points are not stable and make the phone so it goes in and out during a conversation. Also, once you click it in place, there is no easy way to get it back off again (you have to slip a thin knife or other tool between the twistop and the connection to the phone - not easy to find the right place. All in all, I would not buy this product again.

I purchased this for my home office setup.. One of my biggest peeves is having the phone cord get all twisted and kinked after a day of work.. First off, the 'twist' action is simply the two halves of the plastic grinding against each other.. Even before applying it to the handset, it didn't appear to be smooth by any means and I had immediate concerns.. Those concerns were well warranted, as it barely made any improvement. Normal operation of the handset resulted in kinks and twisting, as the detangler coupler failed to pivot.. Day 2, I decided to give it another shot.. Perhaps it was the placebo effect, but I kept it on all day, HOPING, it would 'break in' or start working.. Day 3, I suppose after 2 days or normal use, it decided to go 'belly up' on me. The 'connection' between the two halves stopped working properly, like a broken headphone connector, I would have to "HOLD" the connector in a certain position for it to make communication with the handset.. Picking up a call and saying "hello", I would not hear anything until (like a locksmith) I slowly twisted the connector to the right position for it to work.. I gave up about 3 hours into the day. Worthless.

Works as expected....for awhile. Gets staticky after about 6 months.

THIS LITTLE DEVICE IS A LIFE SAVER. IT KEEPS ME FROM GETTING UPSET AT THE CORD WHEN IT GETS ALL TWISTED UP AND YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE RECIEVER SIX INCHES FROM THE PHONE BASE.... NOW I CAN WALK AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THE TWISTING OF THE CORD

I love this device. Have it on all the phones at home and my office. I ordered these for all the phones at my wife's office. If you have ever been frustrated by tangled phone cords this is the answer.

Used this on my phone and it worked for about two weeks before my phone started cutting out and people couldn't hear me. The cheap internal wiring had broken down and the thing was useless. Regrettably, this is one of the many areas where it looks like you get what you pay for. Spend the money on one of these made by a reputable manufacturer, so you don't end up having to purchase it twice.

Great seller and nothing wrong with item or price, but it would've been nicer if the little clip was longer to make it easier to remove from phone handset , if/when you need to.

Hasta el momento (dos semanas de uso) si hay una reducción considerable en el enrollamiento del cable telefónico pero no es total, antes de tener el producto tenía que desconectar el cable del auricular para que se deserrollara al menos una vez al día, ahora lo hago una vez cada semana.

I purchased 2 for 2 separate phones. 1 didn't even work - when I connected it to the handset on my phone there was no connection. The other 1 connected with the other phone but it was a poor connection. In addition I found that this did not turn to prevent the phone cord from getting twisted anyway. They're both in the garbage now. I would not recommend purchasing this.
