What gauge wire are these?

The wire inside measures 1.28mm, which is SMALLER THAN 16 GAUGE. Nowhere near 1.6mm for 14 gauge. See photo in my review.

Are these heavy enough to run a 12 volt/7 watt lightbulb?

Yes I think so, these are very nice and wire in heavy enough

What is the warranty?

I don't believe that there was a warranty, but if you consider the postage to return something to China it is less expensive to just order a new set. I used these to jump start a motorcycle battery and they worked quite well.

Can it clamp on a 9v battery?

It should clip onto 9v battery with care.
