It's been almost a year since I changed my gaming laptop's battery with this one, cero downgrades, cero battery leaks, everything works fine, sure the active time period of gaming laptop's aren't great whatsoever, but the battery reports shows no issue at all. It came also with some tools to change the battery so props to that, the installation is easy but be careful, you may want to follow along some tutorial online.

My sons Acer Nitro 5 went completely dead. We ordered a new power supply, no change. I ordered this replacement batter and it took me about 12 minutes in total to swap his laptops battery. His laptop is now working again! This battery was a perfect fit, and included the tools needed to open the laptop and replace the battery. The replacement was super easy and my son is back to his gaming.

UPDATE: Lasted 8 weeks. I asked for a replacement from the same company as I'll give them a chance. I'll update this review after I'm assured the replacement will last longer than 2 months. UPDATE: I asked the company to replace the battery and they quickly shipped me a replacement and return shipping for the defective battery. That was great. I had the new battery put in and it lasted from 9/20/25 until 11/13/25. It's holding a 28% charge as long as the laptop remains plugged in. I went to the refund page to start that process when I noticed that the refund window closed on 10/28/25. That warranty window should probably have re-started with the replacement battery but, no. I sent a message to the manufacturer via Amazon and waited a week for a reply and, again, no. I'll see if Amazon is going to support their customer or support their seller that's provided me with two faulty batteries. There are many laptop batteries for sale here on Amazon. I'd skip these guys.

Model: Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53-72XD [2020] Before, battery life lasted about 2hrs until I did some tweaks. Now I am getting roughly 4hrs+. I am running EndevourOS with KDE Plasma. Optimus-Manager and Optimus-Manager-Qt-KDE was installed that helped extending battery life after changing the settings to using Integrated Graphics only; Frame Rate was set to 60hz and battery set to Power Save until I feel like enabling Nvidia whenever I want to play games. Do know that if it's your FIRST time changing the battery on this laptop, it will be very tight. Be sure you have the 11 screws removed before prying it open.

So far so good. I cannot really go into evaluation on battery life as I just got it two weeks ago. Just do not leave your adapter plugged in all the time or a lot. Let the battery do its job. This fit my Nitro 5 gaming laptop perfectly. Only minutes to install. Yes they give you tools but I already have my own set I use. But very gracious of them to provide. In a few months I will try to come back and update battery life. Upon which I will either increase stars or decrease. Super fast delivery*Awesome!! Thank you

This battery saved me from spending $1,100 on a new laptop. I don't know how long it'll last, but for now my battery is totally back to normal. I don't expect this to last forever, but for now, it's keeping me going!

Not good after not even one month it will not take charge

The battery works which was a great change from my old one. But only charged to 63% then wouldn’t charge any further.
