The biggest selling point for me for this chair was the foot rest and it did not disappoint with some minor adjustments. I struggle to sit with my feet flat on the ground for longer periods of time. During work from home I found myself sitting cross legged or with one leg up on my chair more and more. Most chairs seat struggle to accommodate that given their size so the footrest was a brilliant addition. The footrest however is not super stable when extended all the way out. My solution was to flip it out and then push it back in so it was flush to the seat cushion to give me that extra space to sit with a leg propped up or crossed. Assembly was very simple. The wheels were the only challenge in figuring out how they fit in. After a few tries it was easy to get them all in. I did also find that I was missing a plate to cover up some screws but it was purely cosmetic so it’s not the biggest problem. When the chair is in a neutral resting position it may feel like the backrest is leaning a bit too far forward but this is a reclining chair with a lever that can lock the backrest into any position you’d like. My only real complain about this chair is that the armrests are a bit awkwardly shaped and wobbly even when put in properly. I understand they’re the specific shape because of the recline but I’m still not the biggest fan. But for the price this chair is much more affordable and comfortable then what you could pick up in most office supply stores same day. **Edit/update** Make sure to keep the tools you got to assemble this. The arm rests tend to get loose if you lean against them. Nothing really wrong with that, it only takes a few seconds to re-tighten the screws. I need to tighten them about once a month.

Chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. It’s relatively quiet and rolls really easy. It is built good I have used it for almost a year and it’s still in excellent shape. I don’t use the reclining feature on it but my girlfriend does and she says it’s user friendly and very comfortable when you are sitting around working on a computer. Definitely recommend the product.

I assembled this chair on my own, which usually I just get anxiety im gonna screw it up but the instructions were easy to follow. One thing to note for me is that it calls for 4 screws (i forgot which letter) but it only comes with 2. I ended up having to use different screws for the headrest but it seemed to fit fine? My order also did not come with the lumbar pillow, which i’m pretty bummed about. I can tell package was a return, since on the if the parts on the chair itself were already built and seems like the person didn’t return the pillow with it. On the chair itself, seems comfortable and i’m glad I can finally sit criss cross on the chair. I’m not a fan of the arm rests as the cushion is pretty thin and it’s a little rough on the elbows. Other than those issues, the chair could be great if screw count was correct, I had the lumbar pillow and comfier arm rests!

Wow! I am impressed with this chair. Upon opening the box, it was very well packaged and organized, including instructions and hardware taped right on top! The instructions are very thorough and easy to understand. Literally, wrote each part in each step whether it was a repeat or not. I put this together in about 30 minutes, unboxing included. Probably could have taken less time if I wasn’t watching my show on tv at the same time. One con was a set of screws were marked incorrectly, (N) or (O), but no big deal. I was able to easily use the 2 screw that were left since they fit. Luckily the also included extra fittings. Overall, love it. It’s comfy and easy, and I love the foot rest. I often have my feet up on a portable file box under my desk when I’m working, so I figured it was time for a change and I’m very happy I got this chair.

Update*** the company reached out and offered me a 30 dollar gift card or a replacement gas lift, i asked how easy it was to replace the gas lift and they stated its not difficult. Whelp it was, i wasnt able to remove the old one and in the process of doing do now the seat adjustment is completely broken and im basically stuck sitting floor level, of course its outside of warranty which we could of discussed when i first raised the issue. So a worthless product and company doesnt care to make right. Also had the nerve to ask me to change my review since they sent me a replacement part with no instructions and i didnt even have the correct tools to replace. ( need more than the average household tools) PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED At first i was excited about this chair, it looks great is very comfy....HOWEVER since it has a seat adjustment it never stays at the level i put it on, it continues to fall back down to where im practically sitting on the floor. And of course the return period is already expired. Wasted almost 200 bucks on this useless chair

bought in discount, good price. quality and quality is so so. The alignment of arm and back panel has 5-10 degrees mismatch. Adjustable/tiltable back panel is supported by two arms, but tilting the back will make the chair unstable(easy to tilt left/right).need re-tighten the bolts in both arms regularly Look fine, easy to use, work as expected.

It took me about 30 minutes to put together by myself (with "help" from my 3yr old). Instructions were pretty clear. It was packaged so nice there wasn't really any mess left after (like styrofoam flakes). I'm a 220lb 5'4" gamer/college student, so I spend a LOT of time at my desk. I hate having my feet touch the floor so I always have it as high as it will go and often sit criss cross which eventually ends up hurting. This chair goes up just high enough that my feet are off the floor, I have room to cross my legs, but also the foot rest makes it so I can cross them in front of me which is so much better. The head rest fits my neck perfectly and the mesh of the back of the chair makes it so I don't get unbearably hot during this heat wave. The cushion is also VERY padded, so for me at least, it's extremely comfortable.

The chair was easy to assemble, and this chair is also very comfortable because I do work from home from 11 AM to 7:30 PM. The chair easily does recline. It even has something to elevate your feet. The directions were simple and very clear. It did not take me long at all to put this chair together. I absolutely love the color of the chair and so far the chair is performing great.
