Nicht nur eine deutliche Linderung war zu spüren. Mein Sprunggelenk, die Sehnen, alles fühlte sich erholt an. Mittlerweile nutze ich das Gerät regelmäßig nach dem Sport. Entweder zur Schmerzlinderung, zur Entspannung (Wade, Oberschenkel) oder zur Stärkung meiner Lendenmuskulatur. Selbst meiner Frau konnte ich schon bei ihren Verspannungen im Schulterbereich damit helfen. Ein tolles Gerät! Mittlerweile habe ich aufgerüstet und ich betreibe zwei PowerDots parallel.
