If you are wearing heels, size small will fit perfectly! Might need to hem the black overlay but the layer underneath should be just right!

I wore this in black over the summer with a flat black and it was gorgeous but a little long. Also wore again with a nude heel and it was perfect. Wear what you are comfortable in 😊

I got a size large I was between 170 to 175lbs

I don’t think so! I’m 5’1 and 125lbs and the small fit me perfect but the length was too long for me - it’s adjustable so you can adjust the top to fit how you like and the bottom was easily cut since it was just tulle. The fabric liner was at my feet but the tulle was much longer.
