I have extremely dry and sensitive menopausal skin. I tried several medical grade products but couldn’t get rid of the flakes. Skinfix’s line of products has transformed my skin, especially the Skin Barrier Gel Cream. I had been using the Foaming Oil Cleanser and Ceramide Prime Whipped Cream and saw good improvement with no irritation. When I added the Restoring Gel Cream however, the flaking finally stopped completely. It plumps and hydrates without looking greasy or feeling heavy. It layers beautifully under makeup. During the day I use it alone and at night I add the whipped cream or ceramide cream after. I have read complaints about the smell? but to me it has no smell and I am usually sensitive to fragrances. The only improvement for me would be the packaging. The refill inserts are never available when I reorder and sometimes product squirts out when I push down on the pump.

This gel cream feels really nice on the skin. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. Even though it’s a gel texture, it still feels moisturizing enough for normal to combo skin. It layers well under makeup and doesn’t pill, and it gives my skin a calm, balanced feel. I like that it doesn’t have a strong scent either. Its light weight, and gentle, but has a little bit of oily feel to it. It goes away after a while tho.

Love, this gel cream! It keeps my skin moisturized but not overly greasy. It is gentle and doesn’t cause my skin to break out.

I purchased this at Sephora when I was in need on face moisturizer when on a business trip. It was recommended by a sales associate and I was hesitant but I needed something. I LOVED IT! I also love the functionality of the container.I just ran out so I ordered from Amazon which is from the SkinFix storefront so I was confident I was ordering from a valuable store, but it’s not the same as the original I got. For 1, the word “vegan” is not on the front of the package as it is advertised here or on my previous container. 2) The wording and sourcing on the back of the container is different than the original. 3) The container I just received has an odd smell which made me question if I ordered the right item, which I did. 4) And now my skin is burning from just using it :) how great. This is being returned.

I am so impressed with this Gel Cream! It has such a lightweight, silky texture that absorbs instantly but still leaves my skin feeling deeply hydrated and calm. My skin barrier had been a little irritated and acne prone skin, and this product really helped soothe and balance it within just a few days.It layers beautifully under makeup and doesn’t feel greasy at all… just smooth, soft, and healthy. I also love that it’s fragrance free and feels super gentle, even on sensitive skin.Honestly, it feels like a luxury skincare product at a good value. This product feels amazing on the skin. It was recommend to help keep my skin healthy as I began Retin A treatments, to help minimize scaly skin. It works incredibly well and as a result I am discontinuing all of the extremely expensive medical grade products that I’ve used for years. I’m getting better results w a RX for retin A combined with skin fix than I did with using $700 worth of products.
