Being grain free this is one of my staples and my only go to. Great price, value, taste and quality! Buying more now. Please try not to hike up the price after terrifs. I'd be so sad.

This flour is very good.I gave it 4* because if I have to invite celiac friends to enjoy something delicious, I wouldn't be able to.Since it is not gluten-free because it is processed together with wheat. It means there is cross contamination.It would be the same if a celiac patient consumed wheat.You have to be very careful.

Resealable bag, good quality flour
Overall very happy with product. Amazon shipping unfortunately boxed the package loose with some cornered items, which poked a small hole in the resealable pouch. So maybe order it separately to avoid puncture, if you want to use the pouch for storage like I did.
