J'ai acheté ce couteau en 2023 et il est toujours en service après plusieurs années d'utilisation régulière. Il nécessite un affûtage périodique, environ tous les 6 à 12 mois selon l'usage, mais il conserve bien son efficacité au quotidien.C'est un très bon couteau Santoku. J'apprécie particulièrement les alvéoles sur la lame, qui limitent l'adhérence des aliments et rendent la découpe plus agréable.Le manche en bois a légèrement perdu de son éclat avec le temps, mais il est resté parfaitement intact et solide. Le couteau est également assez bien équilibré, ce qui le rend confortable à utiliser.Pour son prix, c'est un excellent choix pour un usage quotidien, avec une durabilité tout à fait satisfaisante.

eins vorab ich habe diverse videos gesehen wo die nur ein ziehl haben wie scharf ein messer ist dem stimme ich zu aber auch eine kartoffelmesser ist scharf sagt aber nichts über die qualität ausaber hier muß ich sagen es kam an und ich war mehr als überrascht liegt gut in der hand ist scharf und stabil und für viel mehr zu gebrauchen als man es auf anhieb gedacht hätte top messer

To start this is a superb knife that is extremely sharp and very well balanced. It arrived very well presented and protected.Out of the box you could feel how well balanced the knife was and how well made. The knife initially appeared thicker than i was expecting and I wondered how this would affect the cutting, however it glided easily through everything I was cutting. The thickness appears to give the knife much more stability and likely durability.The size is perfect for an all round chef knife and I would definitely recommend. The handle is very comfortable and fits perfectly.Have used much more expensive knives in the past and this is on a par for a fraction of the price.

I'm very happy with the quality of the knife. It's easy to cut vegetables and meat with it and it just makes cooking more enjoyable. It's worth the money to invest a good knife if you like cooking. Highly recommend! The box makes it look fancy.
