Did not like the silver upholstery tacks on my sofa because they didn't contrast well with all the bronze accents in the area. These markers were excellent and one goes a long way. The silver colored tack is seen on right, the Testior Gold Dore 2544 on the left.

the color is good, flows well, tip is too wide for what i needed....so i dripped it into thimble size thing and then used a brush with very few bristles.

My complaint lies less with the marker format so much as will the enamel inside. The marker requires some shaking and presses to get the enamel flowing like with other colors, but I noticed the gold enamel (no matter whether it's in a marker or a jar--I got both) is very watery and has a tough time holding on to surfaces you place them on. It will try to bead up and move as far down as possible, even when the incline seems negligible. In my case, that incline was a small concave shape on top of a computer keyboard keycap! So take a look at your keyboard--see that concave shape? How minor it is? Yup! It's just that watery! So buyer beware! Don't worry, it's still doable (let the enamel dry to a stiffer viscosity), but for a beginner I cannot recommend this product.

I needed to repair chipped paint on several gold wood frames. The Testors enamel marker was easy to use and provided the solution I needed.

Used this to color fill some engraving on my Remington 1100 shotgun. It worked really well and make the engraving on the receiver stand out.

The marker is Gold Color but when I tried it, there was no Color(seems like Silver on paper), only some liquid is coming out. Very dissapointed with the purchase as I know it is a very good quality product but the one I received seems to be defective or fake.
