Yes, these motorcycle handlebar bar end mirrors can be clamped directly to the handlebar. You just need remove grip, slide along and clamp in place.

Can you mount these upside down?

They can be mounted upside down as long as they clear your tank and your legs when turning. I originally had them upside down on my 2018 Street Scrambler.

Will it fit a Vulcan 650s

Note 1: Fits inside handlebars with 13 to 18mm inside diameters. Or (for reference only) ALL 7/8" handlebar, Or 28mm inside diameters handlebar, please check the handlebars inside diameters
