Health benefits but no blue
I bought this tea for its medicinal effects. Because I learned that this tea possesses many phenols, which are great for fighting free radicals in anti-aging properties. Although I didn't really get to test out the whole blue color changing thing, I just didn't feel like standing outside in the middle of the Sun. Waiting for tea to turn blue.But all in all it was fine

Blue Fluoresecence Visible
Much easier to work with. I followed the directions on the package and made one cup. I broke the wood shavings up to pack in a teaspoon, then boiled for 1-2 minutes and let it steep for 20+ minutes. There is noticeable blue fluorescence visible. The package says it will brew 75 cups. I will drink this tea in the morning. And possible again during the Kidney hours of the Chinese Medicine Clock - between 5 pm and 7 pm. I intend to strengthen my kidneys.

I really love this tea. Don’t know if it is actually helping my kidneys or not but I am in kidney failure so I got it to try and I really like the taste and it is better than soda on my kidneys

REMEDY FOR UTI!!!!
IF YOU HAVE A UTI, THIS WILL GIVE YOU INSTANT RELIEF!!!! Its so good for kidney cleanse im general but its AMAZING for UTIs. No more drinking gallons of Cranberry juice!!
