Nice
Is impressive. Isn’t that hard to balance once you’ve done it a few times. It does spin fast though but maybe it has to in order to stay floating. I’m really happy with it. Could have done with a remote control for the light. I guess you just leave it spinning all the time

Expensive tatt. Don't buy, product is poor quality. Felt almost embarrassed I got tricked.
Once the moon is floating it looks great. But all things considered, its simply not worth the price.

Do not buy! this is a fake product!
Do not buy, this LED Moon Lamp sold by Qiaorun Business is a fake product with no package box or brand. It is not a genuine Gingko product. It also arrived with no power cable

Nice lamp
I like this lamp but I spent an age trying to set it up as it would not levitate… trouble is there is no indication on base if it is turned on or not (no neon light). I thought maybe the lead is faulty, after trying for some time. When I checked (by using another lead I have with same voltage) my suspicions were correct, the lead was faulty and not delivering power to the base. Once the base has power it was set up in a couple of minutes every time. The secret being that the moon light should be coming on when trying to set it up, if moon doesn’t light up when trying to balance then check power is on.Looking in book it does mention (not very clearly) that the light will come on.

Overpriced tat
Constantly overheats then it will cut out and the moon will thud into the base. The magnetic field isn't strong enough to make the moon levitate unless you are tenth of a millimetre perfect in propping it on the base.Bought as a Christmas present for my mum but has caused nothing but frustration and conflict. It's going back before it ruins Christmas.

Almost impossible to set up and you can't turn it off without the levitation stopping.
This is almost impossible to set up. Received one as a birthday present and we've spent about two hours trying to get it to float in which time we've managed it twice. If you take too long in your attempt it overheats and shuts off and you have to leave it 20 minutes before you can try again. You can't turn it off either, if you do the levitation stops and you have to set it up again. Once we did get it set up it was rotating in the opposite direction to the actual moon which is disappointing. Also it's not "smart" you can't link it to any smart device such as Alexa, and it doesn't have any smart functions. It only has a button on it which you can press to change the type of light. That's not smart. The build quality is ok, but I can't see how it's worth over £100.Waste of money. Am sending it back.
