They are really phenomenal and helpful. Ease of use is clearly there, especially when you know your true foot size. The real value though is that the quality feels way more than this product costs. When it’s in your hands and once you start walking with it, you can tell that there’s solid thickness and construction to it. It does help with pain relief, soreness, and stability. As someone who over-pronates, these did help an incredible amount and made some shoes easier to walk in.
