Rukia Whit REPLICA Wood Sword

The copy I received was in good condition. Everything is well attached and not so fragile like I thought it would be. Yes, every parts of the sword is made of wood, and painted in white. And that's totally fine, the wood is well crafted and the painted is good enough (some specks of white dust on your finger cant be a problem). Overall it is beautiful. The ribbon, if you iron it, would look neat and nice (You cant complain that the material is cheap, God's sake it's been sitting in stock long enough to wrinkle). Facts: about 43 inches long, wooden blade/hilt/sheath, good deal. I am 5 feet 1 tall, I was afraid that it's gonna look ridiculous on me, but it turns out fine. Trick is, you know that red string Kurosaki has to hold his sword in place, make something similar so that it hangs loosely just a little lower than your waist tie, to the side. And have the string hooked through the sheath (the sheath has a loop thing). That way the hilt wont be too long compared to your body size.

Lightweight and at first glance looks like the real thing. But on closer inspection, wood was splintering on the hilt and thus paint is missing - not a big issue since I plan to paint the sword another color for a cosplay convention (easy since it's white!). Blade portion is not straight but you really have to stare at it to notice. Also seems a little loose fitting in the sheath but not necessarily a bad thing. As these are made of wood I'm sure each one will be made slightly differently. My friend ordered one too and it's a tight fit. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase though I wish I bought it earlier when it was only $15.

For the price it is what it is the paint could be thicker well put together I bought two other swords this one is the better of the three swords very lightweight will be great for my wife for her cosplay like I said the paint could be a little thicker and the the sleeve could be a little more open when you put the sword in and out it scrapes and with her sword being being white it shows a little too much but for the price it is what it is it is a decent sword.

This sword was really cool when I first received it but then I realized the cons.1. If you swing are the sword too much the wooden blade will come out of the handle.2. The triangle Like patterns on the circular thing (I don't know the proper name) are deformed and all rigid.3. The thing on the hilt or end of the sword comes off easily.You can superglue the blade back into the handle and it will stay. You can get a piece of sandpaper and sand the triangle patterns.If you just want the sword to hang up or something then it is fine. Despite the deformation of the triangle.Hope this helped...

I bought this sword for my grand-daughter's costume. The sword itself was pretty ok for the quality, with some minor chips in the blade and guard. Upon opening it, the ribbon was missing. The seller was very good about shipping me a replacement, although the shipping was a while (but that's ok). The shipping+processing on this item was ridiculously high, as it was about $30 more than the actual item (Item=$16.50 S+P=$55). I'm in Canada, so I can sort of see why. Overall, I'm quite happy with this purchase as my grand-daughter was very glad to have it.

I only ever write reviews when my product is really good or really bad. Unfortunately this one is the latter. I received it today (in a very timely fashion actually), however, it did NOT come with the ribbon at the end of the sword as advertised. Which is quite irritating. But to add to that, the white paint is chipped, and it looks like some kind of jelly has stained the sword. So now I must paint over that and buy a ribbon and self attach it. The sheath is in great condition and the product shipped and arrived quickly. But the product was not in good condition, and frankly, when I buy it new, I expect it to be in new condition.

Bought for daughter, age 14, for a cosplay outfit for anime conventions and for halloween. It's just like the metal blade kind, but it's wood. This is good for parents that want their kids safe but still need the look for the Bleach character, yet it's wood. The one thing you should know is the blade of wood is fragile, and can easily scratch. Beautiful item though, worth the price, shipped well. She's 5'3", so I don't recommend this for anyone shorter, because it's sooooooo long.

It is cheap and you get what you pay for, but overall it is amazing.It is very large.The major problem is there are chips and scratches.In some area the paint looks weird because they painted over the chips and scratches.I still recommend it.
