I used to get the unsalted ones to avoid my blood pressure to go up but I looked up all other ones this brand has and surprisingly they have no sodium added even though it says salted they don’t leave the uncomfortable residue on the mouth like it’s cut open or “pruned tongue or lips” they taste delicious, they don’t raise my blood pressure and I haven’t have one that tasted rotten.These is one of the best brands there is!!!

After many years of eating salted sunflower seeds and subsequent blood pressure, spikes....I'd had enough. Since I've been fasting and eating differently on my weight loss journey, I didn't want to give up on a snack I've loved so much but I had to give up that salt. These fit the bill! No they won't taste exactly the same but that makes me feel like I am doing something nice for my body, health and well being. Try these, you won't be disappointed. They are fresh, flavorful and quite the snack. Highly recommended!

Really great tasting seeds at a very reasonable price. Wish they were a bit more salty but just a little bit. Most other seeds are so salty I can’t enjoy them or they have so little salt I feel like I’m eating bird seeds. These are as close to being perfect as I have found for my taste.

These seeds are awesome. Good flavor and really large compared to the common grocery store brands. I am mixing these with other saltier seeds so that I can consume less salt when I'm eating sunflower seeds. After those are used up, I may just continue to eat only unsalted seeds or switch to the lightly salted seeds from the same brand.If you are looking for unsalted seeds these are a good bet.Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. The seeds are high quality, have a good flavor and are at a very good price.

These seeds are my favorite and I always bought them from Armenian markets which they were alway so fresh. Since I’m moving out of state, they don’t have it there and I was so happy i found them on amazon so I can start ordering them.We just got them delivered today and we opened a bag they taste so stale and awful. We are so upset about it specially when we found out there are not returnable which is ridiculous wasting $30 on a stale dozen sunflower seeds which we will definitely trash them allI. I will contact the amazon customer service and will have huge complain and will request a refund.

This is the 2nd time that I ordered these seeds. The 1st batch was fine. They were fresh and salted nicely, I just ordered again but I'm disappointed. The shells/seeds are burnt. If it was just one bag I would be OK, but all 3 bags look unsatisfying.

The quality is great, but it really lacks salt.

I’m not a big fan of sunflower seeds because I don’t like the whole process of taking out of the shell and my friend kept bugging me about Mr Martin sunflowers so I gave it a shot. I’m not even saying about them being delicious (it’s just 15 minutes since they have been delivered and we are almost out of two packages) but they are also very comfortable to take out of the shell.So my conclusions… even if you don’t like sunflower seeds, you will love these! Simply the best!BTW package is also very good quality and very comfortable
