Good Product
These actually work! I had my doubts but they really do keep the wasps from setting up nests. We had hives on our back deck for years and I tried all kinds of methods to get rid of them but nothing really worked for long, even removal failed. I’ve used these decoys for the last few years and the wasps are gone. I gave them to family and they also had success. In my experience these decoys are cheaper and more efficient than exterminators.

Easy fix!
I tried these on a fluke and was very pleased how well it works. Two years ago I had issues with wasps nests in several locations, and bore bees. Once I put these up, I’ve had no issues since! Mine is a little tucked away (behind lattice) surrounding an outdoor storage space. It’s still in view but not as obvious so the hummingbirds are not deterred. It has not decreased the presence of honey bees or bumble bees.

Don't trust their hooks for attachment
They do keep wasps and bees down. They dont keep them down the 20 yards they claim. Need something different to attach them as their idea doesn't work. I lost 2 due to wind blowing them away! They do appear to be waterproof. If I can figure out a way to attach them besides their useless hooks I will be very pleased. They are not sticky at all. For the money, good value. The only problem is finding a way to attach them. The instructions are in the middle of the package rather than when you first open it. I will put my hummingbird feeders out tomorrow as I saw my first one this evening...I am hoping these nests don't deter the birds.

Very effective tool against pesky Carpenter Bees ! Highly recommend ..read on for more
One of the most frustrating things in life is having the wrong definition of things. Many years ago i was told that these larger black bees were called black jacks and that they don't sting... that info never challenged i assumed i had black jacks and didnt' think anything of them. Little did i know that what I was thinking were these benign bee were actually carpenter bees and although they were not very agressive against humans (though the queen will sting) and slow moving .. i didnt' realize what they were doing. They made it point to target my pergolla because it was made of a soft wood... these bees like the soft wood and make long tunnels in them to lay their eggs... if you ever see a pile of sawdust randomly it's like not random .. carpenter bees are very distructive. I did some research and found they usually make holes about a quarter inch thick if you follow them you can find where their holes are.. what confusing about these holes is that they will appear as any other screw hole.. Look out for saw dust piles to help you identify them. I found that using an can of foam based pest control with long straws to feed into the holes which should kill the carpenter bees and there after using a wood filler or wooden dowls to plug up the holes. These Bee hive latterns give the illusion that Bees have nested , Carpenter bees see these avoid the area. A very cost effective solution against carpenters bees which are very distructive.

These Don’t Work At All
Can I give 0 stars? These literally do nothing. I hung several around our yard early in the spring season. Near one of them, we have three wasp nests being formed, within 2-3 feet of this decoy.

Works and holds up well. Bees got used to it through.
They hold up really well and worked at first but the carpenter bees got used to it. So it did work and reduced the amount but it was not perfect.

Works amazing
I was skeptical that these would work but I can truly say these work, wasp are no where near my front porc, my raised gardening bed on the side of the house and around my BBQ grill and propane tanks. I honestly did not believe they would work but am so pleasantly surprised that they do.

Works!
This is great! I’ve had this product for a few years now and have not had any wasps around our house or shed trying to build nests. I’ll see the occasional wasp but definitely no nests! It will sometimes blow off in heavy wind but other than that it’s very durable. I only hung two so getting a four pack provided extras if one was lost or damaged. It even survives Ohio winters.

Fake nests definitely kept the yellow jackets away from backyard
These worked great at keeping wasps at bay in my backyard. Before they would built nests in my deck, chairs, and were out all the time but since I put these up (all 4 in different locations) I hardly saw ant yellow jackets all summer long

Enjoy the outdoors.
These are sturdy enough nests to attract these pests! The nests should have a secure hook of some sort to attach to wherever you are hanging them as I found that on a windy day, the nest will just blow away. Hoping to enjoy the outdoors more with this product.
