I have had this over 6 months... I've had tried everything and I give up. I can't seem to get mine to work and then I noticed it said something about a remote and mine did not come with a remote and so I bought the one it says a lot of people buy with it and I still cant get it to work... I give up. And have never even gotten a apology email let alone someone to help or to refund the money for something I couldn't get to work and bought a remote thinking that would help but Noooooo

Save your money and buy a better one. I bought this device and used it rarely for less than three months and now it doesn't start anymore.

I would not recommend this unit. Save your money and buy a better one. This unit is very "glitchy." Every time I unplug it, I have to reset the time and date. I should have sent it back.

Awesome addition to my entertainment room. Love this thing, I've been having issues with freezing but going to try a hard wired connection to see if that solves the issue (xfinity 100mb drown).
