Excelente libro, bellísima encuadernación

Great book! I originally bought this book for myself (a dentist) after listening to a NPR review of the book. I brought the book over to my father's house (he's a dentist also) and he ended up keeping the book as a Father's Day gift. It was perfect! He's not a reader but thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and reminiscing about the good old days of dentistry. Highly recommend to all my dental peers!

A wonderful collection of illustrations of dental instruments and tooth extraction methods used over the centuries that alone make this an important contribution to the history of dentistry. However, I found the organization/layout of the book in terms of text and illustrations rather confusing. The written commentary could have been expanded and enriched.
