How many dots per 13-ft string?

Oh gosh - that would take a while to count! The dots are at least 1” to 1 1/2” across. So at least 6 per foot. Dots are a great size and we have used these over and over for event backdrops because of color and pop.

How many feet do they hang down?

That depends on how you hang them. Each garland is about 13ft long.
