I am an XS in everything so I was very worried that it was going to be too big. I ordered a Small and it works perfectly because its so adjustable! I am 5'2" and 100 pounds. I work on my feet all day dead lifting 30-60 pounds. I was always sore and my back always hurt because I'm so small. I use this brace everyday and it does wonders! The first day using it absolutely helped. It makes lifting easier by correcting your form and got rid of my lower back pain. If I don't need as much support (or I need more) the two straps are super easy to adjust since they are on the front. I don't wear any shirts under the brace and it is so comfortable! It may be hot if you work in a hot environment or want to workout with it. I work in industrial fridges so it is great for me!Cons: May be too hot for some. It also slides up quite a bit which can be frustrating if your lower back is what gives you pain.

The brace relieves back pain. It has 4 memory aluminum straps to help relieve pain in your lower back and helps you with posture through the day while wearing the brace. It has 360 degree strong vertical support for your back which helps to relieve the pain while you are wearing it all while provideing support to your lower back and preventing rolling of your muscles which helps prevents back pain due to everyday motions. It has 2 elastic straps to add extra compression around the lower back while doing housework and working. There were 2 silicone bands. It helps to support the waist.

Product runs little big, or maybe I lost weight and haven't noticed. I'm about 225lbs and ordered XXL (Should have got size: XL) won't go to waste will order XL and pass this down to hubby. I do have scoliosis and 5 damaged disc, pain relief was about 3 star and support was 3 star (maybe if I had size: XL) I'd see more of a difference, product was easy to use and very comfortable during 10hr shift. (Maybe if the company is nice enought to send me XL size I can do follow up review for them 😊)

This was not comfortable to wear. I am a heavy set person and it wound bind in certain areas (under bust and around waist)

I am definitely a size medium and thisProduct is a tad too small. I'm wearing it anyway but I wish I ordered a size large. Other then that it is a good quality product

I bought this for my mom to replace a brace that was prescribed and made to fit her. She had been using for off and on for years as needed but it was getting worn out. She really likes the fit and support of this brace. She says that it's easy to put on to (she's 89 years young). Her waist measurement was between a small and a medium and she felt more comfortable with the mediium.

The front sections don't lie flat -- they curl up - -and the multiple strands of elastic at the sides tend to buckle, so that the brace itself buckles rather than fitting smoothly, as in the picture. In other words, if you have any "love handles" at all, they will bulge out through the elastic strips. Very disappointing -- but I have already worn it and discarded the packaging, so I'm stuck. I finally threw it out -- $32 down the drain -- and bought the Muller brace instead. It is perfect and also much cheaper.

Love this design, fits very nicely and the bands tighten up and give some REAL support. Only thing that bothers me is that it was delivered to my MAIL BOX, and my mail gets stolen all the time, not cool.
