Is there a phone number in the us i can call to have someone guide me on how to use the pcm 6. it doesn’t seem t work and i just received it today.

With the batteries removed: Try pressing and holding the on button for 5 seconds with the batteries out, to clear the internal circuit, and then reinstall the batteries in the correct order, turn the unit on by holding the on button until the display lights up (about 1 to 2 seconds) and the unit should work fine from then on.
