I was always able to style it very nicely. Not like in the pic, but with a side part and it always came out beautifully. Now, it's shorter, with no shape to it and it looks crazy. The curls have fish tails and are all over the place as soon as you take it out of the package and for some odd reason, it's in the package inside out. I originally just thought that it was one bad apple in the bunch, and I immediately returned it, but no, I received a new one that looked exactly like the first one or it may have been the first one, I don't know, smh. I decided to try it one more time, and it was the same thing. It is nothing like the original, which was full of bouncy curls and you never had to do much.
