They are perfect at compression but if ur like me and have a bit of fat it’ll cling to u in places u don’t want to be held. I’d suggest a size up so u can have the benefits of a tight shirt but have some room to move in to be a bit more flattering.

Short for Tall Guys
The shirts are extremely comfortable and lightweight. My only knock is that they are a little short. I am 6’ 2” and slender. When I reach above my head the shirts lift above my waist line.
