It is almost impossible to find a battery that will fast charge the Mate 9. After getting the negative answer here that it wouldn't work, I continued my search. I came across a Tronsmart labeled video that shows it charging several phones including a Huawei. I bought it, it works.Good quality. Nice build. Not slippery. I like that I could get it in white so I can tell it from the other black batteries I have.I need to say Huawei Mate 9 again in this review so that anyone searching the reviews will know it fast charges a Huawei Mate 9. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service *by V***N on September 17, 2017* So I am making an edit. I had a dud that was initially shipped and after my review customer service contacted me within 24 hrs and offered to ship another unit free to test. I have to say I am impressed, especially with its quick charge. I did a full charge and was able to recharge at least 2 times and the unit still has some juice left. This is light and seems like will be my trusted partner during travel. Thank you Tronsmart!!!________________________________________Made the purchase based on the recommendations but the unit turned up to be a dud. It didn't charge beyond the first light even after 6 hours. Tried calling the 800 number of course no response. Hence ended shipping the unit back to Amazon ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty Good Battery Backup *by L***A on November 25, 2017* I'm new to these things and went on the test and rating of it by PC World Magazine, my go-to source for things digital. Too early to say anything beyond that it works. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/44239815-tronsmart-presto-10000mah-ultra-compact-portable-external-battery-power-bank](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/44239815-tronsmart-presto-10000mah-ultra-compact-portable-external-battery-power-bank) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
