I'm from the generation of box springs and a mattresses on top. The kind you have to have delivered and lug through the house. Getting a mattress that didn't require a box spring and could be delivered rolled up in a box was a big stretch. Read the reviews for this which helped a lot. Especially the part where people mentioned there was no smell (confirmed). So I ordered it. It was a heavy box but manageable. Read the instructions - IMPORTANT - on unboxing. Went through the procedure and it expanded back to shape pretty quickly. Looked good in a few hours and within a day it was nearly there. I've also never had a hybrid mattress with foam and springs like this one. It is very comfortable and relatively firm. Sleep is good as ever. At first blush it seems to be a very nice mattress. Comfortable, firm enough, and at a very competitive price. Quality is good and it will be interesting to see how long it goes before needing replacement. Frankly at this cost you could replace it every 7 years and still be way ahead of the big name brands. Fingers crossed. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

I love this mattress. I have not slept this well in years. I bought it on a cyber deal and just hoped it was better than my old mattress. When it came I let it out of the bag and only let it inflate 48 hours. Two of the edges did not inflate fully but I put them on the side of the bed I don't sleep. The mattress was much firmer than the description online but I was surprisingly okay with it when I laid down on it. I am predominantly a side sleeper, a heavier woman, and with my old mattress I just couldn't get my pillows right. Now, my same pillows are always right, I'm falling asleep and staying asleep with minimal sleep disturbances, and I am not waking up with a sore back. Fitbit is telling me that I'm sleeping greater than 90% every single night, and that is unheard of for me. I sleep by myself so I can't tell you if someone else sleeping in it moves the mattress or if you can feel them. Eventually those two corner pieces popped up and so they are not a "problem". The only reason I did not mark it a five is because the sides really are weak when you sit at the edge and I can see some people sliding off the bed. It's nothing that makes me hate the mattress though. I'm unexpectedly happy with the mattress. I am not a paid participant or receiving any sort of free stuff. Though I'd gladly take free stuff, I haven't been offered any.

So, I was diagnosed with cancer over a year ago. I was going to have to go thru chemo and radiation among other treatments, and knew I would be in bed a lot. My husband and I have a huge California king-(we spent a good amount of money on that mattress) but I knew I’d be wanting my own space while I was sick. And honestly-I prefer this mattress to that one. In fact, I’m still sleeping on this mattress, much to my husbands dismay. So I’ve spent a lot of time in bed over the last year. I’m currently going thru chemo again, and my saving grace has been this mattress. My first round of chemo and radiation, I was in bed for about 6 weeks straight, only getting out of bed to go to the doctor. No backaches, no neck pain, very comfortable. I’ve tried sleeping on the expensive cal king again, and I would up with neck pain. I slept on my bed, and no more pain. I have guest come over and hang out in my room, and just last night a family member commented on how comfy my bed is- she couldn’t believe it was a bed in a box. Even my mom is considering getting one of these. I really wish you guys offered these in a cal king-I’d replace my other mattress right now! Once I get back to work, I’m going to have one of these sent over to my mom. I know she will love it. I bought a mattress protector, and a topper, and the mattress still looks as good as the day I bought it. Best Amazon purchase-maybe ever. Update: bought one for mom too:))?

We slept on this for the first time last night and omg it’s amazing! The best sleep I’ve had in months. Don’t get me wrong, this is not the best bed you’ll ever have. If you are willing to spend an extra 2-3 hundred dollars more, than you’ll absolutely have a better mattress. But.. at this price point, nothing can beat it. We let it inflate for 72 hours. At first the corners were flat and I was worried but a few days later they fixed themselves. The sidewalls of the bed do collapse easier than they should but again it’s a budget bed. The bed itself is a 7/10 on firmness and a 10/10 on value!
