What its main benefit after the shave???

Not an after shave cream. I use it as an antiseptic cream for cuts and scrapes. There is an aftershave lotion. Give it a try.

Does this expire at all? I ordered it in 2012 and just starting to use it.

I had a jar of it for about 10 years and it always worked.

Can I use this on my eyelid?

I might but wouldn't recommend anyone else to. You don't want to get that in your eye. I use Lucky Tiger to dry up Poison Ivy.

can it help callus feet?

I am sure it can. I don't doubt it's effectiveness but it's smell prevents me from using it much. It smells strongly of ammonia or something like that. That is why I wouldn't use it on my face but your feet is a different story. I have tried a number of their other products that I think very highly of.
