Good for women to use as a daily vitamin, which I do, as well as good for hair, skin & fingernails health. They're effective, pills are tiny & easy to swallow/use w/no after taste, not smelly and they're reasonably priced here at Amazon. I greatly appreciated the free 2-day shipping with Prime. Otherwise, these would've cost me an "arm & a leg" & taken a long time to receive if purchased from the manufacturer. Thanks a million, Amazon!

Good product for hair and nails

MY HAIR WAS THINNING & I REALIZED IF IDIDN'T DO SOMETHING SOON, I WOULD NO LONGER HAVE BANGS! IN LESS THAN A MONTH I GOT VERY POSITIVE RESULTS AFTER TAKING THIS PRODUCT! IN FACT IM ABOUT TO ORDER ANOTHER 2 BOTTLES NOW!

I've ordered them twice. The first order was perfect and I was happy to find them on Amazon. My second order did not meet with my expectations because the bottom half of the gel capsules were stuck together. I'll give them another try because the product is great. Amazon should store gel capsules in a cool space.

I think these vitamins help my skin and nails. The jury is still out on whether or not it helps with hair growth.

I started taking this when I was undergoing chemo, 10 years ago. It helped with my hair growing back and my nails not being very affected. I still take it, and the effects are great.

i'm hoping it will keep some of my old hair from falling out. maybe even eliminate or prevent a few wrinkles too. ha!
