Does it work on a 2019 Toyota Camry

This LOC will work on any 12v speaker level in system. The only systems to do more research on are amplified systems from the factory. EG Bose. In most of those applications you need to get your source wires after the amp (output).

Does the gain knob adjust output voltage? I need to boost line voltage to 3v and can't find a line driver with output that low.

The level adjustment on the top side of the LC1i adjusts the RCA output level/voltage. If you are looking for a similar unit with an included remote level adjustment knob, consider the LC2i Pro.

I have a denon pma1600ne with no pre-out and i have an active subwoofer. could i use this device to redirect speaker b signal to line in on sub?

This is for car audio. It wouldnt work for home audio. JP
