Delivery was very fast, and the product itself looks good. I can't speak to the contents as this is a gift. BUT... I was floored when I opened the box and discovered that the packing of this item was essentially NON-EXISTENT! Sheesh... I figured that it should have at least a wrap around the whole thing (all sides), but no, just a strand of bubble wrap (~ 12" long x 3" wide) that was laid around the perimeter of the box only half way. That wouldn't be a problem if the box was a better fit for the product inside, but the box was big enough where the amount of space IN the box should have included more protection for the product!! Although mine was not damaged beyond the shrink wrap around the product ripped, I considered myself VERY lucky that my gift was not damaged to the point that it couldn't be given!
