This was a great accessory for my Ursula costume. Soft and high quality plush scarf. The little rubberbands that attach the eels to your hands or fingers are very cool! It is a very long scarf too, which is nice for us larger ladies <3

Perfect boa for Ursula
This is the perfect boa for an Ursula costume! It would fit an adult the best as it’s very long, but a child is able to use it as well wrapping it around like a scarf. There’s two little loops one on each of the heads of the eels that you can attach to a finger to help hold them in place. Great value for the price!

I love it! Got it in time for Halloween, and the quality is great! There are finger loops below Flotsam and Jetsam's chins so you can keep them at hand.
