I was having terrible pain in my knee from injury and arthritis. I used this cold to reduce inflammation after the injury. I have large knees and it fit well. I have carpel tunnel in both hands and loss of muscle in one hand so wrapping this was a bit difficult. Better if you have someone to help. It was comfortable on though. If use warm it is great also

I am an average sized woman and not very muscular, 5'4" 140lbs, and this product fit all the way around my knee without any gap so even if your legs are larger around it will probably be able to fit in a c shape to cover the front and back of the knee.It seems made well and I'm glad it comes with a protective cover so your legs don't get burned from the ice because this thing is cold. The straps are thick and I think they will hold up well.I got two for my arthritis and I wish I hadn't waited so long because having the ice pack around the knee instead of just on one side is much better.This is not for walking around they will fall off and would be too stiff for movement.

I purchased this ice pack to have after my son's knee surgery. I didn't know the doctor would give us a special ice pack for after surgery, but honestly this one is better. This ice pack wraps all the way around the knee, which helps with swelling all around. The Velcro straps are nice, but honestly I wish they were detachable as it is a little cumbersome when keeping in the freezer.
