Perfect for Disney World
I bought this for a recent trip to Disney World and it was perfect. I have several other backpacks but all are too large for a trip to a theme park. This one is sized perfectly and had the right amount of storage for the necessities we were bringing for a family of 2 adults and one 6 YO. It was small enough to be placed at our feet for the roller coasters and fit just fine in the Tron lockers. I liked this design over the other 20L of the same brand b/c this one had one large main compartment vs 2. We were able to fit the following: rain jackets & dry socks compressed in zip-locks at the bottom, small bag of various snacks, small med kit, glow tubes for night time (way cheaper than buying in the parks!), 2 phone chargers & short cables, hand sanitizer, small tube of sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. This left more than enough room for any small to medium sized souvenirs. The side net pockets were deep enough to hold an 18oz Yeti Rambler water bottle without it tipping out. As a bonus the compression strap could be clipped through the handle of the water bottle to secure it completely. The shoulder straps were more than comfortable enough for all day wear. It has a chest strap but I very rarely use those, and I removed the waist strap completely. I put an S-Clip carabiner on one of the exterior loops to clip hats onto when boarding a fast thrill ride. I debated one of the various packable daypacks of the same size that are available on Amazon but ultimately decided on this one and am so glad I did. It packed flat enough in the luggage as to not take up much space. While it does not have an internal stay or frame sheet, the back padding is more than enough to provide structure to the pack, and allow for easy retrieval of items. The padded back also helps from being gouged in the back by the pack contents when wearing it, which is a major problem for those "packable" backpacks And it sits up straight when placed on the ground! This may not seem like a big deal to some but it's a major annoyance to me to set a backpack down on the ground and have it fall over face first. This one has a nice wide bottom that will allow the pack to sit up when placed on the ground. About the only thing I wish it had was an exterior bungee cord like on the other 20L design, or any way to rig one up. It would be a good way to secure wet rain jackets/ponchos without stuffing them inside and getting everything else wet. But we solved this with putting them back in ziplocks so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, a great pack for theme parks and short day hikes!

Good-looking, sturdy, light, convenient backpack
Love this backpack - very practical, lots of sections, sturdy and light at the same time, and looks quite good. Perfect as a daily laptop bag or a small hike bag, and conforms to to the airline personal item size limitations. I used to buy only known brand-name bags, but this backpack is definitely just as good.

Versatile, excellent carryon pack
My 35-liter carryon backpack was too unwieldy for international trips so I purchased this as a substitute. This pack fits easily under an airline seat, is comfortable to wear, and has enough space for extra clothing (rain jacket, stuffable puffy). It also has an inner zipped pocket for valuables, as well as a useful inside divider pocket. The outer zipped pocket can be secured with the straps—a nice feature if you’re walking in a crowded area. The mesh water bottle pockets are generously sized and my smaller (14-oz) water bottle fit securely. I also stuffed my ziplock bag of toiletries in the other side for easy access. I did not test its water resistance in a downpour but it did fine in damp conditions. It isn’t advertised as water proof so I would consider carrying a waterproof cover if you expect bad weather. I highly recommend this pack; it holds what I need without looking too bulky and there are plenty of bc ways to organize what you’re carrying.

Great backpack on a sunny day, but not water proof in rain
Love the backpack, great size and pocket options for hiking and city walking, light weight. Only negative, it is not 100% water proof. Went for a hike in the rain with an umbrella, the lower half of the backpack was getting wet and the water seeped thru to soak everything on the lower half inside. I’m going to try a waterproofing spray on the outside of the backpack before our next hike. However, LOVE it on a sunny day.

Small Pack, Big Convenience
Perfect size. This 20L backpack is exactly what I needed for day trips and light travel. It is lightweight but still holds everything without feeling bulky or overstuffed. It fits comfortably and is easy to carry for long periods, which makes it great for hiking or walking around all day. I like that it feels simple but still organized enough to keep things easy to access. Overall just a solid, no fuss daypack that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Light weight 20L small to medium sized pack, not flimsy plenty of space + pockets
We purchased this pack and another pack for 6 days of day hiking in 2 National Parks and on the plane I would recommend this pack as a slightly larger than small pack. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and lightweight. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsily. The bag was tossed around and placed in rough surfaces from forests to rocky landscapes and held up well. No tears or pulls. Plenty of pockets to store snacks and a bladder. It could hold a rain jacket, camera, battery pack, fruits, snacks, small medical kit, 2L or 3L bladder (we used a 2L), d ring exterior clips, 1-2 exterior water bottles, maps, bug spray, sunscreen, and other supplies in moderation. The exterior mesh pockets can hold large 32oz water bottles or similar on either side. But that adds to the weight you’ll carry. The exterior straps held them tightly in place. I didn’t feel like the pack or it’s contents sat on my back awkwardly or were unstable. There are plenty of adjustable straps. However, I didn’t like the one interior Velcro bladder strap. 2 straps would have been much better to hold the bladder in place. Occasionally, the one strap system slipped open causing the bladder to sag. I used a chip clip to hold the strap securely and stabilize the bladder. The mesh back pad worked nicely to vent heat, but you’ll still sweat with a cotton shirt. But that’s with all bags. Note: There’s no bladder included, which is a plus. I’ve read comments to the contrary, but the other bag we purchased came with a cheap bladder that needs to be replaced because it was terrible — that only adds to the cost. Plus buy a great bladder you’ll like and not get frustrated with when you need a drink. We liked the slot placement for the bladder hose. It would have been really nice if the bladder pocket was insulated as with other bags. The bag also fits nicely in the plane. If we had to do it again, I would purchase a slightly larger size 25L vs a 20L, but that’s not a deal breaker. This bag is fine for hikes of different levels. I would get one with the exterior webbing to stow additional items, but that my preference. Overall good value and would recommend this pack after having actually used it in rugged terrain for several days.

Affordable, good quality and versatile.
I really like this little hiking bag. The size is perfect for day hikes and I appreciate the waist and chest straps. I also like the spot to secure trekking poles and while I didn't use a hydration bladder on my last trip I think I will next time! It has a spot for that too. It keeps things organized with 3 pockets, one being easy access on the outside and a key hook in the middle pocket. Affordable and good quality with all the features I wanted. It's very versatile. You can't beat it for the price.

Good, but NOT waterproof
The bag is lightweight, and holds quite a bit, but it is far from waterproof. I got a little bit of rain and everything in every pocket of this backpack was soaked! Other than that, I say it’s a great backpack and served its purpose on my hike. I’ll use it for future ones, but will be purchasing an actual waterproof cover for it.
