Review: Works just as described and very useful - I do a lot of woodworking and I have always built most of my own jigs. Recently I made a new fence for my router table and used an 80/20 inc 1"x3"x36" exrusion. These work perfectly with it (as expected) but I was happy to note that they also work with my other t-track extrusions and slots from Kreg and other vendors. (They still work but not as happily with the wider t-slots on things from Rockler, but I mention that in passing as it is not an issue for me.) Definitely recommended and I'd buy them again.

- Both the 1/4-20 bolt and t-slot 1/4-20 t-nuts are made out of steel with a black zinc finish.
- This hardware kit is used to mount t slot accessories like brackets or plates to the channel of your 10 Series or 1.0" based 8020 aluminum extrusion. Works with 1010, 1020, 2020, and many others!
- The bolt comes with a 0.428 inch diameter domed button head and a full length thread of 0.5 inch with a 5/32 Allen hex drive. Thread size is 1/4-20.
- The nut measures .443 x .124 x 1 inches long with a centered 1/4-20 thread. It loads from the t slot aluminum extrusion ends and has a pilot thread projection that adds additional threading.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice secure fit -- but special bit needed

Gives a nice, secure fit. Two drawbacks: the bolt is too big to fit into the holes of the Powertek quick release clamps, which was my purpose. I had to use a carbide tipped bit to expand the holes, and then it worked fine. Second, it requires an octagonal bit rather than the phillips. Now that I keep the octagonal bit handy, it works fine.
