A:When adding water, please pay attention that the water line is under the MAX line for it's set to prevent water leakage when hanging ironing. And do remember shut down power whenever you need to add water. 3.Q:About the button. A:There are two buttons on iron, to press the one on the bar to release steam, and twist another to ajust the temperature mode. 4.Q:Why mine iron can't jet steam? A:If you failed to release steam, please make sure you had turn the button to 'MAX', only in this mode, it jets steam. If you had turned it to 'MAX' and steam still didn't come out.
