Contents are plentiful which gives this pack some weight so it stops in place where you put it. Retains heat when microwaved as expected. Used for relief of a knee problem. Chose the option that included lavender which when heated has that lovely scent and calming effect. If this pack lasts anywhere near a long as the previous one it will be well worth the money. Overall a good price for this item and I am not disappointed in the purchase. This heat pack came in its own box, therefore it would make an ideal gift for someone. Whilst these heat packs are often purchased to help with pain and muscle relief, they could equally be used generally as a "hottie for such as bed warming or just warming up yourself at other chilly times. Uses are endless.
