I bought this in order to hang some gymnastic rings up in my garage, unfortunately the beam in my garage wasn't thick enough to get all four screws in. But even with only two screws in per hook it holds my weight. It hasn't shown any signs of wear and it comes with everything you need in order to hang stuff. Quality product

Great value, great quality. Hung my Kayak and SUP, strong and I don't have to worry about them getting kicked around in my cellar. The carabiners were a bonus and they are not flimsy. Was a super fast ship, exactly what the product describes. Worth the money.

Bought these about 8 months ago to hang a sensory swing in my son’s room, which was recommended by his occupational therapist. He’s almost 11 and weighs over 100 pounds (getting super tall!), and it has held him with no trouble. My handyman did have to use longer screws, and I’ve read that others had the same issue. I recently started using the swing as well to help me stretch and I weigh a considerable amount more than my son, and no trouble so far although I haven’t gotten the nerve up yet to rest my entire weight on the swing with my feet off the floor. I actually just came back here to double check the weight capacity…let’s all say a little prayer for me. Hopefully I’ll come back soon and report my results. Yikes!

Currently I have it installed for a couple of months. I needed a hanging bracket with a narrow width which will match my ceiling beam width, I have used this in the past for a swing I hang in the house , now I needed it to hang a punching bag . The product is quality built, as I have the same for the last 3 years. It was easy to hang it on the ceiling, it looks good and allow the punching bag enough swing freedom on top of the hardware the bag came with. It does feel safe and after working on the bag for 2 months I see all is good with the installation so far. I also used the other hardware for other projects and all does a great job. I recommend this for sure

We’ve only used this for a day so far. I originally was against using a ceiling hook and was on the hunt for a hammock stand. I read so many reviews but couldn’t find a stand that had good enough reviews plus a lot of them caused ER trips. I definitely don’t want that and the price was way more than this item. I am happy with my purchase. Took no time to install, doesn’t create big holes and works as it should. I like that we can switch the swing out with other swings and hammocks. Great price and product!

This is great quality, has held up well being screwed into the stud in the ceiling and used for childrens swings in the living room. We have tested it with our own body weight to be sure it is safe for the children and it didn't budge with 220 lbs hanging from it. Super easy to install of you know where your studs are. Works perfect for swings to move easily!

I have used 1 of the 2 to hang a sensory swing. So far, so good :) The original one that came with the swing didn't even make the install process, as one of the bolts snapped.So I was glad to have this as back up!

Received only four fasteners ( Screws), instead of eight
