Direct fit for 2017 Tahoe, L83
I replaced my factory oil pump as a preventative measure since the truck has 150k miles, and I had to remove the pump for other reasons anyway. Re-installing a pump has to be very precise, but replacing it with a new one was a breeze and is working great. I did see a different part number when I was doing my research, and my factory unit didn't have a part number on it to reference, so I ended up going with this one because it seemed to be what GM recommended, and I wanted a genuine part.

Fit perfectly on 6.2 L LT motor.
6.2 L LT motor in 2018 Sierra had low oil pressure. Tried replacing just the solenoid, but didn't work. Ended up swapping with this pump. All back to normal. This is a geniune GM replacement pump. So no concerns with fitment or function.
