Seems good quality. Arrived quickly, easy to swallow

I think that this is a good product. I have only started to take it recently. Previously I had different make. I am glad that this is a vegan product, since I am vegan myself.

It do what it says, I take it together with vit D3 , easy to swallow

Item as expected. Bought to take alongside vitamin D as advisable.

Arrived in great time and well packaged, only issue is the instructions and is only in Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian no English so u sure of dosage to take day ???

ich mische mir dieses Kurkuma Pulver zusammen mit Honig, Ingwerpulver und schwarzen Pfeffer zusammen und nehme einen Löffel des Gemisch zur Vorbeugung täglich ein. Kann den Geschmack des Kurkumapulvers also einzeln nicht bewerten. Die Verpackung finde ich leider suboptimal !

Ich nehme es zusammen mit Vitamin D, um unerwünschten Nebenwirkungen vorzubeugen. Wie bei vielen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln bemerkt man nicht sofort einen Unterschied, da man es längerfristig einnehmen sollte, um positive Effekte zu erzielen. Ich würde mir nur eine bessere Verpackung wünschen, weil dieser Druckverschluss schnell kaputt gehen kann. Ansonsten würde ich es gerne wieder kaufen.
