I don’t thinks so This fits a 2inch NPT thread However there is a locking cap for a freightliner tank Measure to confirm

We have a Transfer Flow auxiliary fuel tank and it fit great. Not sure if the tanks are the same size.

Q: Will this cap fit a transfer flow tank ?

We have ours on a transfer fuel tank, but because we have a pump it is not adequate venting and the sides of the tank suck in. We take the cap off to pump. If you have a gravity flow tank it may work just fine.
