Exact replacement for a commonly used part
An exact replacement for one that failed in a moderately priced TV stand. I wouldn't expect this to be durable enough for daily use. Its predecessor lasted a few hundred operating cycles. (around 7 years used a few times a month.) In daily use that would have been a year or less.

NEAT AND MODERN LATCH
THIS LATCH WAS PURCHASED FROM AMAZON AND WAS DELIVERED ON TIME. IT HAS NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED,BUT IT LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE IT WILL WORK EXACTLY AS I HAVE PLANNED. THE DOUBLE LATCH FEATURE WILL BE A SLICK INSTALLATION. RICHARD
