This is a fantastic bidet by a fantastic company!
First of all, if you’re reading this and you’re purchasing your first bidet, congrats on the truly life changing decision! My wife and I easily survived the toilet paper fiascos in the US since Covid started. Anyway, bidets are truly wonderful and you’ll never feel clean enough without one. As for this brand, I love Luxe Bidet! This is our 4th bidet from them over two different homes. We’ve tried the single nozzle base model (NEO 120), the dual nozzle upgrade of that (NEO 180), and this is our second NEO 185 Plus. All 4 of them have been great products with no issues. In fact the only reasons we are on a 4th one is due to preferring the lifting ability of the NEO 185 Plus and moving homes. The previous bidets were discarded for the move. That is to say, we have never run into any issues that required warranty or replacement. They are very easy to install, function well, and we especially love the dual nozzles. The dual nozzles are helpful no matter who you are or what genitalia you have. The second nozzle is marketed for feminine purposes, which my wife confirms it’s excellent for, but I’ll explain how it’s helpful no matter who you are. It has a wider spray vs the narrow stream of the other nozzle. Now I’ll try to be as gentle with this next description. Sometimes we have intestinal issues that lead to a more watery #2. That tends to be a lot messier in general. That second nozzle with its wider spray can cover a much larger area if cleaning is needed there. We all hate the dreaded splash too, which the cleaning power of both nozzles helps with as well. I’ve seen other brands market their bidets with a lever to adjust the angle of the spray of the nozzles, but all have to do is move around a bit/rock back and forth. Simple. With both nozzles, I can assure myself that I’m clean no matter what type of bowel movement I have. My wife also loves the ability to wash the entire area. My advice to anyone who reads this is to set the spray to “OFF”, choose which nozzle you’re going for, then rotate the spray nozzle to your desired strength. Full power can be painful depending on your water pressure and sensitivity (if you’re a bit raw or have issues like hemorrhoids, you can really fine tune to get the most cleaning power and comfort), but it’s also more comfortable to work your way up to full power. Also the nozzle cleaning option really does work well to keep them clean. You will still need to scrub when you clean your toilet, but this will work great to prevent clogging and buildup. The NEO 185 Plus goes one step further with the ability to lift for cleaning. It will get dirty there no matter how clean we try to be, so this very welcomed. Cleaning both the bidet itself and the toilet, are made easier with this. Both my wife and I love the Luxe Bidet products, our favorite being this model, the NEO 185 Plus. Installation on this model is actually a bit easier because you don’t have to fully remove the toilet seat. Just make sure the toilet seat is tightened well once you’re done to help prevent movement. Overall I highly recommend this bidet, or at least a bidet from this brand. Other brands offer similar products for nearly twice the cost or more. Remember all these types of bidets are doing is taking some the clean water supplied to our toilets and routing it to these nozzles. I can at least say we have had 4 bidets from this brand that all did their job fantastically, and I personally feel they way outclass their dollar amount. Hope this helps!

BUY THIS NOW! ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! Ordered another one for my mom and she loves it too!
My dominant hand and wrist are in a brace so I needed a bidet attachment. I did my due diligence and purchased this one. IT IS SO EASY TO USE! I feel so clean and not irritated by toxic toilet paper. It is at the water temperature of your water line to the toilet. Might be too cold if you live in a colder region that snows in the winter. There are heated versions but you will need an electrical outlet within a short distance. The instructions state you can do the installation yourself but I highly recommend a professional plumber. A 25 year experienced plumber took an hour. It has to do with the bolts as most are rusty and they have to work around that. The plumber cost was $190 and worth every penny! A family member also purchased two of these 3 years ago and there's are still going strong.

Muck and Mire to Self Actualization
I have always wanted a bidet but, no pun intended, I never quite had the courage or desire to purchase one. My ex-in-laws installed one after remodeling, and that planted the seed a few years ago. Then I listened to Clean Butts and Dirty Minds with Miki Agrawal (founder of TUSHY) on Layla Martin’s podcast, This Tantric Life (also, best podcast ever — thank you Layla!!!). Miki illuminated me on the amount of waste we create with diapers, toilet paper, and deforestation, and how a bidet could help. This struck the practical side of me. But when looking at price, I just couldn’t pull the trigger. I was a student at the time and going through a divorce. Now, as a social work practitioner rebuilding myself and my life, I have transformed myself — and my bathroom — into a safe space where cleanliness meets self-actualization. From the bottom (pun intended) to the top of the pyramid: when we use the bathroom, our most basic needs are met. We have a roof over our heads, we have eaten, we are safe, and that relaxation response of relief after a good deuce feels a whole lot like the same vagal response we experience in rest and digest. For a brief moment, we are no longer in fight or flight. We are self-actualized. Enter the Luxe Neo 185 Plus. I was so disappointed when it came to my mailbox and the note stated it was “too long” to fit, and I would have to pick it up. At the post office, the postmaster read aloud: “Too long.” Naturally, I replied: “That’s not what she said.” We all had a laugh, and I went straight home to install it. Quick and easy. I didn’t even have to read the instructions. Also, disclaimer: there are pics. OK. First bidet and first splash of enlightenment on timing. Fair warning: my apartment has high water pressure, and my pressure regulator has been making noise lately when I do laundry. I also did not close the valve at all. So: wide open, first run. Wow. What an experience. The cold water wasn’t alarming. I felt clean immediately — outside, and just a bit on the inside. It was like the water-gun game at the fair on the first shot. I did not win a stuffed animal, but I felt like one. I was so excited to actually use it in a live-round scenario, but that will have to wait. Then I cleaned the toilet. I cleaned the bathroom. I cleaned the bathtub. I even waxed my plastic toilet seat with Meguiar’s Cleaner Wax and wow — what a shine. My throne now glistens as much as my anus. I wonder how much I will actually save on toilet paper and how much my carbon footprint will reduce? Can you tell someone’s economic status by how much toilet paper they keep in the cabinet? Don’t act like you haven’t checked your friends’ bathrooms. Also, who is evil enough to store toilet paper in the laundry room and not the bathroom? I digress. Luxe hit the right price and was the right product for me, and I can’t wait to regulate my vagal tone more often. Thanks, Luxe!

I love it and will definitely buy more in the future.
Who doesn’t like the clean feeling after using bidets? Lol. It wasn’t until recently that tried one while staying with some out of state friends. I had always imagined it being something only the wealthiest own. Imagine my surprise and glee when I learned that they aren’t incredibly budget breaking. Thus began my deep dive research. After spending more time than I care to admit, I learned that the Luxe brand would be my best option. I initially added the Neo 185 to my cart because I enjoyed the feminine wash option. (Gotta keep it clean ladies! lol). But then saw there was a neo 185 plus. Ever the hygiene hero, I decided to look in to the differences before hitting that check out button. For only a couple dollars more than the Neo 185, the Plus has a 360 degree self cleaning function. It also has the ability to slide in for installation so there was no need to remove the toilet seat. What’s more is has that cool little EZ-Lift hinge, so I don’t have to take it off the seat when cleaning my toilet. Nice right? So I went ahead and got it for my super basic round (sadly not elongated) toilet. For starters, the rose gold/white option was best to match my SUPER ORIGINAL ocean/beach themed bathroom. (I know, I am so amazing at being original LOLLLL). Not only does it match flawlessly but it is very seamless in that it doesn’t look like I have some clunky weird thing sticking off the side of my toilet. I did have to get some seat numbers to make it level because I have the super basic curved toilet seat. (One day I’ll have a bathroom with all the bells and whistles. When I dream, I dream big! 🤣) But once those bad boys were on, we were off the the races. Be mindful as you turn the nozzle that controls the pressure and speed. If you aren’t paying attention to it, you will get a cold pressure washing lol. Now, I can’t afford the warm/cold water bidet, but the water that runs through this one isn’t TOO cold if ya catch my meaning. The angle of the water stream is just right enough. Though if you aren’t careful, you will be sending a spray of water outside the toilet lol. It doesn’t make any loud noises nor does it smell foul. So far, it’s been a splendid addition and I do appreciate the clean feeling afterwards. I presently have no complaints about it and I WILL update his review if something changes. So if there aren’t any changes presently, then it’s still working out fine. I was one who grew up thinking I could never own a home. But I surprised myself and made that goal. To add to that, I grew up daydreaming about things I would do to said home. The bathroom was always a major part of that. A rain shower with natural looking stone wall as well as a stone looking tub, heated toilet seat that has a bidet built in, an above counter sink with a faucet that looks like a natural stone and the running water being a waterfall look alike. Anyway, I’ve gone wayyyyy off track. I may not be able to build my dream bathroom right now, but when I do, Luxe will most definitely be a part of it. I don’t regret the purchase and I don’t think you would either.

Installation was difficult for an approved toilet.
I’ve had it two months, still in the box, waiting for our bathroom remodel to finish. It has. I tried installing it last night on our new KOHLER toilet. The stock install setup was hitting the toilet seat. I tried using the extra thick adjustment plates but the seat screws weren’t long enough to allow the adjustment plates to slide in. After trying various versions and re-reading the instructions and going online, I tried Kohlers site for screw options. Wouldn’t you know it, KOHLER was out of stock of their screws. They didn’t have any longer options anyway. I went to Lowe’s today to see what they had for options. Just some basic screws of the same length, 2”. I decided to go through their stainless screws and washers hardware. They had 2.5” screws qty of 5 the same thread 10-24 but a smaller Phillips head. I bought stainless washers #10 (unfortunately they only had qty of 36) and these did the trick. The install instructions state to make sure the bidets T- joint is free to rotate the bidet upward for cleaning underneath . I have adjusted the bidet so most of it rotates up. The issue is - the area above the nozzles hits the seat when the seat is lowered. In trying to allow for the clearance for the upward rotation of the bidet there is still some contact with the seat. So I reduced the T-joint opening. The extra thick plates allows for the seat to mostly clear the nozzle area. I did buy the extra toilet seat bumpers offered by Luxe. Glad I did. They are needed to support the seat if using the thicker plates. With that all said. We can now use the bidet. Cold water isn’t as annoying as I thought it would be! So far, so good. My wife was skeptical of a bidet at first. Once she tried it - she liked it! The price is right for this unit. I had to jump through many hoops to get it installed though. Even though the toilet was on the approved list (Luxe online web site). Are they indirectly pushing their own Luxe toilet seat?! This is our first bidet of any variation. We will figure things out over time and see how long it works for us. To be honest - it was on sale for only $46. It is a throw away price to buy and try. It has a self cleaning option as well as a feminine option. No pulse option like the high priced units though. Give it a try - like we did. You might like it - as we did!

Game-Changer for Bathroom Hygiene – So Good I’m Considering a Second One!
I’ve only had the LUXE Bidet NEO 185 Plus installed for a day, and I’m already thinking about buying a second one for our other bathroom. It’s that good. I never thought I’d be someone who would go out of their way to write a glowing review for a bidet, but here we are. Let me start by saying I had no prior experience with bidets, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I picked this model after reading dozens of reviews and comparing features. The NEO 185 Plus seemed like a solid choice—dual nozzles, adjustable pressure, easy to install, and a clean, modern look. Once I got it set up and used it for the first time, it immediately became one of those “why didn’t I do this sooner?” purchases. Installation Was Easier Than Expected I’m not particularly handy, so I was a little hesitant about installing a plumbing fixture. But I was pleasantly surprised by how clear and straightforward the instructions were. It took maybe 30–40 minutes, and that included taking my time and being extra cautious. The hardware feels sturdy, and the connectors fit perfectly with my existing setup. I didn’t need any extra parts, and it came with everything I needed, including plumber’s tape. Build Quality & Design The first thing you notice is how well-made the unit is. The controls feel smooth and responsive, not cheap or plasticky like some budget models I’ve seen. The turn dial to control water pressure is satisfying to use, and the separate nozzle cleaning dial gives it a real sense of cleanliness and reliability. It also has a nice aesthetic—nothing bulky or weirdly shaped. It fits in naturally with the rest of the toilet without drawing attention to itself. Performance The dual nozzles are the real star here. There’s one for regular use and another that’s angled slightly forward for feminine hygiene, which makes it a great choice for a household with multiple users. The pressure adjustment range is excellent. You can go from a light rinse to a strong stream, and everything in between is smooth and controlled. I’ve used it multiple times since installation and haven’t touched a roll of toilet paper except to pat dry. It leaves you feeling much cleaner than paper ever could. Also worth noting—the self-cleaning nozzle feature gives peace of mind. You don’t have to worry about buildup or hygiene issues. It rinses itself before and after use, which is something I didn’t even know I needed until now. Comfort Honestly, it just makes using the bathroom feel better. There’s no awkward positioning, no mess, and no discomfort. The seat height doesn’t change noticeably with the bidet installed, which I’ve heard can be a problem with some other models. ⸻ Pros: • Very easy to install even for someone with zero plumbing experience • Dual nozzles for general and feminine use • Excellent water pressure control with a smooth dial • Self-cleaning nozzle function adds a layer of hygiene • Build quality feels premium for the price • Great for shared households with multiple needs • Sleek and low-profile design Cons: • Cold water only, which isn’t a dealbreaker, but might be surprising at first (you get used to it fast) • Slight learning curve to find your ideal nozzle angle and pressure—takes a use or two ⸻ Final Thoughts: If you’re on the fence about trying a bidet, this is the one to start with. The LUXE Bidet NEO 185 Plus is affordable, durable, and genuinely improves your hygiene routine. After just one day of use, I’m convinced this should be standard in every home. I’m already planning to order another one for our second bathroom because I don’t want to go back to a toilet without it. This thing isn’t just a novelty or a luxury—it’s a practical upgrade that makes a noticeable difference in everyday life. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Life changing
Honestly a game changer if you’ve never owned a bidet. I bought this to replace a broken Tushy bidet. This one was cheaper and feels higher quality. Easier to use with the only drawback being a lack of dynamic angle adjustment, but really no big deal. It has a much better spray, a sanitary shield, and a quality feel. You can also adjust the angle during install.

Don't be ignorant. This is the necessary luxury you never knew you needed.
I'll start by saying this is my third Luxe bidet purchase. I've been a proud owner of Luxe bidets for three years now. The first two were the Neo 185. This purchase added the Neo 185 Plus to our collection and I am so glad I upgraded. Being able to clean behind the hardware fixed my only small concern with the Neo 185. Our orginal purchases are still going strong. I just wanted to try out the new features. I now have some peace of mind knowing that a sanitized backup is on the shelf in my garage. My first purchase was a Christmas present for my wife--I think she was a little irked with the gift at first, but now she can't stop telling her whole family about it and occasionally a neighbor. She now wants to give one to each of our daughters when they get married--it is THAT good. She wishes she had a Luxe bidet after each of our six children were born. It is THAT good. My biggest concern with this product is that it has only sold "3 Million+" worldwide. I don't understand that. There are 120 million households in America and every single one of them needs a Luxe bidet. If you are the type of family that splurges on a steak dinner during the year, skip one dinner and purchase this product. If you lean more towards Taco Bell, you might have to skip 10 trips, but it is still worth it. The only reason you haven't purchased this already is because you don't know how nice and useful this product is. I could go on and on about the features, but the product listing actually does a great job. Let me address a few specific questions you may have: -Even though I've owned Luxe bidets for three years, I only recently discovered that the wiping motion is totally unnecessary. The best technique is to pat-dry. If there happens to be a little lingering mess on your backside, discovering it with a patting motion is much less hassle than discovering it after wiping. Sorry for the vivid imagery...just trying to help you out. -Are you concerned about cold water in the winter? Don't worry about it. The water in the lines of your house is warmed enough to keep it from being uncomfortable. I live in Utah where the water coming into the house gets pretty cold, but it is not painful by any stretch. If anything, it is refreshing. I don't drink coffee, but I imagine using this bidet first thing in the morning is better than a cuppa Joe. -Should you spill out $300 for an uber fancy bidet at Costco? No way. The bells and whistles are not nearly enough to justify the premium. Try this bidet first and enjoy the satisfaction of your ultra-prudent purchase every time you sit down. -You may need to purchase some toilet seat bumpers so your seat rests flat and stable. They are only a few bucks. I went without for over a year, but the bumpers were an improvement for my setup. Finally, I am not the owner's nephew. This product was not given to me for free. I am not an employee of Luxe bidet, or their accountant, or their supplier. I'm just an average consumer who dislikes going to the bathroom anywhere there is no Luxe bidet. I'll update this review if I have any issues, but I don't expect any. As already mentioned, I'm a happy 3-year owner of Luxe bidet products.

UK Install
UK install. This has taken me ages to find the correct fittings to get this to work in the UK and all the Luxe websites state that it is a 1/4" water hose fitting on the bidet itself. I found it not to be that on the particular one i had but it is 9/16" x 24 TPI (Threads per inch). So I bought a brass reducer fitting that was 9/16" x 24TPI UNEF (Unified national extra fine) female and 3/8" BSP male that will fit any generic UK water hose no problem. From the photos you can see how i then plumbed it up to my water supply. This is no means of advice on what to do but it's what i did for my application and it worked a treat.

Multiple design improvements!
I first bought a Luxe Bidet Neo 120 ten years ago. Used it everyday since it's been great! Using just toilet paper now seems so primitive! For no particular reason, I recently looked over what other models Luxe offers and found the Neo 185 Plus. It looked like a great upgrade to the Neo 120. I was very pleased to see that many of the design limitations from the 120 were addressed in the 185. First off, water pressure regulation. The 120 had none meaning you had to be careful not to "power-wash" sensitive areas of your anatomy! New users to the bidet reliably used too much pressure resulting in a less than fun first experience! Sometimes, jumping off the seat, in surprise and in an act of self-preservation! The 185 limits the pressure to pretty much to the perfect level of intensity - even with the valve fully open. Since the 185 has the additional feature of the "feminine wash", my wife reported that the water pressure is well controlled meaning it is also well suited for the task. Other improvements. The mounting system is far improved with the hinge design which allows easier installation and positioning of the spray nozzle "aim". And the hinge design adds the welcomed feature of the entire unit tiling up for cleaning. This cleaning feature is also a great improvement over the design of the 120 where the only way to clean under the unit was to completely remove it which is totally impractical. The mounting hinges also have rubber inserts to prevent them from slipping on the shiny surface of the toilet. The valves feature smoother action and the control "pod" design looks more modern (I have the chromed handles). The spray nozzles have no flange on the bottom which potentially could trap contaminants. They also improved the "wash" feature - now it sprays water on the nozzles and on the down the front and rear of the nozzle splash shield. The adapter t-fitting is now made of metal instead of plastic which is also a big security improvement since plastic could fail/spit resulting in a flood. They also standardized the size of the fittings on the metal braided connection hose to 3/8″ x 3/8″. The only downside is the smaller plastic male threaded fitting on the bidet pod is potentially easier to cross-thread. So before installing the unit on the toilet, connect the flex hose so you can carefully monitor the angle of the nut tightening on to the fitting. I did not need to use the plumbers tape on this connection since flex hose has an o-ring on sealing surface. So the only problem...I have another Neo 120 that I want to replace it with a 185! Luxe should be proud of this product - they have put the time in and made pretty much every needed improvement to make this the best add-on bidet on the market!

Casi Excelente.
