I have bought these style lights before so I knew what I would be getting. When everything works they are great. But the IR adaptor for the remote control did not work for this order.I know it is defective because I have other remotes and adaptors that I could test against. Since I am using this in a longer string with an extender I can do without the adaptor. But I would have preferred to have that part as I have other lights as well.

Doesn't come with the power adapter. I suppose it is my fault for not carefully reviewing the listed contents in the item description. Feels a little like getting a car with no wheels though. I mean, you kind of expect that a product will be coming with the basic parts to make it actually functional.

Nice and bright. Wish you could string more than two together with the same brightness but the more that you string together the Dimmer they get

We bought these and ran them behind our couch and underneath our bar in the man cave. Love the way they illuminate the space. Very easy to run and connect to other LED lengths. Plan on buying more to run underneath the couch as well.

Does not come with a DC converter, but otherwise cool

Just a FYI, this unit does not ship with a power supply. I luckily found a power supply that has similar amperage and voltage so I was able to hook this up.I guess Amazon day deals were too good to be true. They did work but stopped working after about 5 days of use.

These lights are okay if you're looking for something cheap.... They work, but nothing to ride home about. My TV remote will make them come on for a split second. They no longer light up the correct color according to the remote... But hey they were cheap.
