This is a great knife. I've used it many times since I've received it, and it is still very sharp. It's just the right length for boning. The handle is great as I first thought that it will feel too big for the knife, but it holds well, and allows good control. Very please with this knife.

I bought this knife because my friend give me the recommendation. It's pretty good impression when I received, because it has nice quality and I can easily to separate the meat and bone. This knife is not so heavy to use, it's very easy to handle it and it's sharp. Because of the elegant package, it can give to friends as a gift.

This Knife is supper sharp, well balanced and feels great in the hand. I've work in professional kitchens for the past 22 years and this boning knife is the best one I've ever used. I use it on whole chicken, duck, beef tenderloin and so much more, it was nicely packaged and timely delivered.

This knife came less then sharp. For the price, not worth it.

Handle is extremely loose and dangerous when trying to cut something. Would not recommend.

A beautiful knife that is well made. A great price for a great item.

The media could not be loaded. I'm unhappy with the shaky handle and not as flexible i had hoped for from disscripition.
