It was as advertised the only issue is the chain is a bit short.

She has decided that she does not want to be resuscitated. She was thinking about getting DNR tattooed on her chest. I got her this medical alert and told her this would be a lot less painful. She loves it.Would have been 5 stars except that chain needs to be about 3" longer.

Chain Broke while I was wearing it on the first day.
