Way better than using wax paper
This made rolling sushi way easier than when I was trying to use wax paper. The mats are sturdy, and everything in the kit feels like good quality. The paddle and spreader make a big difference too — much easier to work with than a regular spoon or spatula.If you’re just getting into making sushi at home, this kit is a great place to start. Simple, clean, and makes the whole process way less frustrating.

Items are all of good quality, however the bamboo sushi mats are a lot smaller and thinner than I'd anticipated. I use them to make kimbap and after some practice they work well for my needs.

Best kit ever
Love it! Easy to wrap and the size is perfect and rolls easily. Used it for sushi. The spreader doesn’t let the rice stick to it either! The tools that come with the kit really helped.
