Well made cups!
Very pleased with these cups. They are sturdy and keep my tea and coffee hot. I am able to reuse them multiple times without them leaking. Standard lids for 12-20 oz cups fit these perfectly. A+ product at a reasonable price!

Almost perfect…
We use these cups in our church, coffee area, and they are fantastic for not having to add on an additional sleeve to protect the hands from heat. The only complaint I have about these is that because of the ridges they can sometimes be tricky to get apart. We tease that they are the finger traps of coffee cups. If there was a way to limit this, they would be a 10 out of 10.

This was my 3rd order of these cups They are a great quality, packaged well and arrived in just a few days. I will definitely keep ordering them

It leaks!
We purchased this for our church's coffee bar. It was a more economical cup than the one we previously used. Also, the way it was designed there was no need for a sleeve. BUT you do get what you pay for! Although they look very nice, I have had at least two times where the bottom just fell out. Sunday a man had his coffee cup sitting on his leg and he said he felt something and there it was, the entire bottom fell out and he made a trail of coffee through the lobby. Also, even if it doesn't completely fall out, it will leave a moisture ring if the liquid is in the cup a longer period. I never write reviews but felt I had to write this one. We only have about one sleeve of cups left and I moved them so that only the staff would use them and then only using them if we double cup them.

Great hot cup!
Our congregation can be very fussy but they love these cups. They are easy to hold, not tippy, and not styrofoam!
