Excellent power bank! I bought three of them during a sale — for myself, my husband, and a friend. I chose the soft pink color and absolutely adore it! The quality is great, and the build feels really solid. It charges my phone super quickly and has enough capacity to recharge my iPhone and headphones several times. I bought it to replace an older power bank, mainly because this one allows both charging via USB-C and charging from USB-C — which is super convenient. It’s also quite compact, especially considering its power and features. We’re all very happy with it and definitely recommend it!

I bought this for a long haul flight and it worked very well, it holds about 5 (ish) charges of your phone I would say. Although it is quite heavy and bulky but that wasn’t an issue for me. Has multiple ports.

I bought this for my trip abroad. It was able to charge my fan, phone and Apple Watch. There were times it charged multiple devices at once. I cannot say how many times it could charge my phone without dying because I always recharged the power bank by the end of the day. I thought it was quite heavy initially but I quickly got used to it and it easily fit in my satchel bag. I also compared it to a 50k power bank I saw on my trip and that was easily about 3-4 times the weight of mine yet only double the power. A downside is how long it took to charge on my trip especially knowing that I never depleted it and when I plugged it, it seemed to have at least 50% power left.

This is the 2nd one of these chargers that we have bought, the charge lasts such a long time,it has 4 small lights on the side that show how much charge it has. It charges my iPhone in about 40 minutes from flat . It is the size of my phone and a little heavier than some but in my opinion it is well worth it. I’ve had my other charger for 3 years and it still charges as quick as it always has.

Great power bank, I've been using it for a year now. I can charge up my phone fully four times using this bank, or get many charges on a ton of smaller devices. The charge lasts for many weeks when not in use too. It is a chonker of a power bank though - fine to carry round in a rucksack, or a shoulder or hip bag, but probably too heavy to drop in your shorts pocket on a whim. Great for work travel, handy to have charged at home in case of a power cut, or perfect for longer camping trips. 20,000mAh is at the limit of what some airlines allow in the cabin though, so check before you fly.

Quality product! Seems to charge faster than plugging to the wall! Nice little piece of charger. A bit heavy but worth its weight and more.

It's bulky and heavy. Supports USB-A and C. It is charged through USB-C and the only cable supplied is USB-C to USB-C.

The charger worked fine for a bit, then failed to deliver power to device (iphone) and now refuses to charge. It won't power on - all LEDs are all off and it just gets VERY hot when plugged in. I've discontinued use for safety but can't find a way to return it - Amazon does not present a RETURN button for this product. Not Happy… TB Update. I went back in again later and after going round many loops and dead-ends I eventually found a link to a chat. I tried it and they sent me a postage paid label to return the faulty unit and expedited a replacement. That arrived today and is currently charging fine. So … good recovery from Amazon - I updated the review, but only 4 stars since it was so hard to find the chat. Much happier now though… TB
