Besides that, I have a newborn baby, so I thought the additional attachments would be great for sanitizing nipples and bottles and the house without using harsh chemicals. However, this product does not work, even on a transformer. When I called, I was given a rote answer as to why it didn't work by the receptionist who answered the phone. The lid does not have the inside attachment that holds produce down while sanitizng. Luckily, my other lid survived the fall and it fit. I have used the system for months now and my only complaint is the fragility of the bowl. The plastic is too easily shattered.
